THis is a CHICKEN site people. THere is no point of a buddy list. What does it have to do with chickens? Just go into chat, and make your personal page.

It sounds like a good idea, but I agree with Ticks. This is a chicken site, and I like to think of us all being buddies you know. I don't really mind either way, but I am leaning towards what Ticks said.

I don't need a buddy list either. That's for Yahoo which is why there is a place to list your IM ID.

Maybe an option to save a profile to a "favorite list" would be helpful to eliminate the searching.

I know who my buddies are and if I want to know if they are on or not, I scan throuth the "online users" part down at the bottom. It tells you whos on at the time.

Like wolfie-kim says, BYC makes it very easy to find your friends online and you have a personal page...
