Started incubator on February 21st

I set 24 home grown eggs. 23 orpington (lavender, black, blue) and 1 mystery barnyard mix

Actually, I set on the 21st too - a dozen sizzle eggs!

Great!!!! I try and post plenty of pics so get ready...lol. When do you plan to candle?

I already did, lol. I'm terrible about it and I candle a lot, but with my candler I can usually see development by day three, sometimes day two with small white eggs. So far at least nine of twelve are coming along

What kind of candler do you use? I use a little mag light flashlight. I can see with it but it's not the greatest.

I bought a really powerful little flashlight at Walmart about a year and half ago that is over 200 lumens, and that thing lights up anything, even dark marans eggs. I wish I could remember the brand because it's really nice. I know it was $20 or less.
