Started Two New Quilts in Recent Days

Whatever works. It's still quilting. My hands bother me also if I use them a lot but I won't stop because of them. I just finished a Christmas stocking for our guild. We make Stockings for the Women and children's center in town. We make comfort quilts for them also and we make them for the Wounded Warriors and someone from the base picks them up every few months. I also just finished 20 blocks for the Snowman block swap here on BYC. They were fun to do. 10 were appliqued and 10 pieced.

Those quilts are so pretty. I just finished 20 blocks for the snowman swap and I took photos so maybe you ladies would like to see them. I still have to do the eyes, nose and mouth on the pieced ones.

Very cute! I just finished this table runner top and put it up for sale in BSA for someone who might want to quilt a small project for themselves. I used to love the spring colors most of all, but I'm loving the jewel tones framed with black these days.

Thanks! I walked into the quilt shop at the flea market in Murphy, NC and that deep red was staring me right in the face. I knew it was perfect for this project.
