most people that raise birds for meat know not to roost them. It bends their breastbone and flattens and deforms the breastmeat
I raise Cornish x, too. I have about a 5% mortality rate up until butcher.

They are about the width of a 2x4. Gonna check back later after they are, hopefully, roosting.

Still all huddled in the corner. Tried putting them on the roost and they kept jumping down. 15 minutes later and they are in a different corner. I did my best to round out the corner.
Could they be huddled cos they are cold?
