What does his face look like? What kind of comb does he have? I have very limited knowledge on whitings. Definitely a rooster, but I am sure you already knew that.

I don't believe whiting, but as I said I don't know too much about them. I hope someone else can be of more assistance.

He could very well be a whiting true blue. They are known to have pea combs, but that’s really the only consistency in the breed. They come in a multitude of colors. The only thing you can be certain is that they will lay blue eggs and of course this guy won’t!

Did you get him from Murray McMurray? And did you order a sexed pullet? You can get a refund for what you paid but doesn’t really help at this point.
