Staying as Healthy as We Can Food and Pesticides

What is cold smoke. I do get confused at times lol
Normally when you smoke food, you burn some wood and expose the food to the smoke and the heat (in a smoker or smokehouse or something.) The food gets cooked and tastes smoky.

With cold smoking, the food gets the smoke but no heat. Usually people do this by having the fire at some distance from the food, and the smoke goes through a pipe to cool on the way to the food. So the food tastes smoky but has not been cooked.

I will close soon for tonight...

My little Agatha battery girl is suffering. I noticed she's had laying problems ever since she had medicated feed. She was fine until then, after this her shells were weak and now there's no shell at all. :(
That my not have been the cause but it happened within days of her eating it. It was the marriages medicated.

She has had all the best nutrients I could give her today and now I will need to oil her vent.

Thank you all for your amazing support too my thread. I feel honoured having you here and being in BYC at all. I've met some truly lovely people here :) I can't tell you how much this means too me

That very interesting :)
Thank you

Smoke that is distanced from the heat source through a section of pipe allowing the smoke to cool before making contact with your target. I smoke cheese, and other things that would otherwise melt.
Heck I will have the emergency services here if or when I start doing this.

Would smoking food preserves it somehow
