Would you please let us know how you managed to make garlic powder?

I don't have any machines to dehydrate but if a oven or dehumidifier would work I'm game :)
I made quite a large batch by putting the garlic in a blender and the spread it out on a square pizza pan. Then I dried it in the oven set on a very low temperature. After it was dry I put it back in the blender to make it a fine powder. Oh! It turned out so good I couldn't believe it. I made sure Susie wasn't home for a long time, when you dry it the smell can get quite strong. Thanks for asking 🌹❤️ @Marie2020 :frow

That's brilliant, I always thought we had too own a dehydrator, I would get one but there's no room in my kitchen.

I love the smell of garlic the trouble is it makes me want to eat more
 
No! I use R.O. Water and I also forgot to tell you I clip the little root node off the bottom. :celebrate
