Thanks! watching. I like what I'm hearing so far, he's not trying to sell you on products or a subscription, or have some magic gaget (yet, only a few minutes into it , but rather help you to manage yourself and see him as needed.

I'm about too add another on a trapped nerve causing neck and shoulder pain.

The problem I can see with youtuber's selling is that they don't get paid so it maybe their only income.
That's is just my opinion
