I've tried maple syrup once on a pancake and was taken aback by it's taste. Maybe I should try it again somedayI put honey in a lot of things but I use maple syrup for things like coffee and cocoa. It bothers me that I can taste the honey so well if I have it in a drink, but doesn't bother me in baked goods.![]()
