Like Mary says, just wait til she's 14, or younger ! But if you play it right she'll only look at boys who know and like chickens. Start her with some chicks now. Or is that her pen she is helping you with?
 
She's my helper my son helps too some but he was up doing something else. I will probably hatch a few chickens for them once I get the layer flock going. Its too hard to tell th hens apart I have now because the hens in Each pen look the same lol.

There is someone that lives close to you with a chicken named Sparkles. I bet there are some perfect chickens for a Girl there....

Uniformity is fantastic when breeding though.

I'm sure a lot of folks can help you with your layer flock "problem".
