Shoot, that's a tough one. I'm gonna say pullet by the way she holds her tail and her coloring.

Thanks Kelly! I have a pullet from earlier this spring that had quite a bit of comb and wattles at the same age and I had my doubts at times that she was a she but sure enough, she was is. I was hoping this one was the same. I see yours is "related" to mine!
