Yes, it would. I'm not much of a sandwich eater and DH isn't here right now - so soup was a good choice!

First step to Lemoncello. I have never made it before, and have a ton of lemons, so I thought why not? I now have a bunch of lemon juice to use up. Lemon pudding cake tomorrow.
