So, what is lemoncello? Never heard of it so I googled it and I got either a sponge cake/mousse dessert or a liqueur. Which are you making? I don't drink so no surprise I never heard of a liqueur by that name.

A lovely lemon-infused liquer. They mention it in Under the Tuscan Sun (relly liked that movie, now I want to go to Tuscany)

Stopped at the PO today and let the postmaster know I had eggs coming in two weeks. He said they have had several orders of chicks come in, one batch they were all dead - the cold up here remains brutal, I can't imagine ordering chicks.

I never understood why people order chicks so early in the year when the weather is so unpredictable.
