Nice paintings. I had lost one of my Golden R...my second one. Talked about it on my Utah thread, had a gal that comes in from the Idaho thread. She draws, doesn't paint, but offered to draw a photo of one of my favorite photos. Not sure I shared this, but isn't it something? I so admire folks that are artistic. Not me, in no way..stick people..I can do that. :/ I chose this photo of Toby and myself in the Canyon.

She drew this for me, it's hanging in our bedroom.

its hard to get good pics there is not many places with good views thats safe to park . i got sick to my stomach after seeing this so I turned around at Icehouse rd. I think its still closed up the road. plus it appears its still burning in some spots inside the fire. you can see a copter in pic 5 its circling the burning area
