I have been freezing since yesterday and I thought our heat pump was out again. We just had it installed this year. Michael went down to check it and found this! Apparently the "defrost" function is not working. Michael is going to try to melt the ice with water and reboot before calling the installer. It's always something.

Oh, my. Iced over pretty good.

Not a Mary quality picture, just a quick one with my phone, but this was my cheesecake I made for Christmas. Everyone loved it!

Heat pump is working again! Thanks goodness. Our installer said during a hard freeze like we had last night when the humidity is just right that can happen. She'll come out after her vacation if we are still having problems. My cheeks feels absolutely rosey after two days of being wrapped in a robe and blankets.

Looks better than my picture! That is why I only make cheesecake when I have other people over. I'm the only one that likes it here, and I don't need to be eating a whole cheesecake.

Thanks! It was quite tasty! DH's grandmother was surprised as heck that I made it, she thought I bought it. She kept saying, "you made that?" and "oh my, it was delicious".
