I am busy making my birthday dinner of beef tenderloin, fully loaded baked potatoes and a purple carrot cake!

I didn't make my beef tenderloin tonight. Michael is picking up take-out from the local restaurant. I got dizzy walking up my hill after feeding animals and had to go lie down for an hour. Happens to me sometimes. So Michael offered to get dinner and I took him up on the offer. luckily the cake and frosting were done just cooling off so I'll still get that later.

I'll make the tenderloin tomorrow. It's all good!
