Thanks! I am up and feeling better and just finished decorating my birthday cake! I'll post a pic of a slice when I cut it. I have a feeling it is a little weird inside.

That is beautiful, Mary. Carrot Cake is my favorite. I want to have it when we go to Golden Corral once in a blue moon, but it always gives me a crashing migraine. I think it's something peculiar to their recipe because it doesn't cause me issues anywhere else. And I don't get them when I avoid their carrot cake. I lurve carrot cake!

Thanks all! It was fun to do. I used to decorate cakes a lot but I don't really like doing it for others. I always worried about ruining someone's special event with an ugly cake. I never did a wedding cake or anything big, mainly kid's birthdays and school events. Plus, it's a messy process. I still have purple and green bowls in the sink!

I don't have to drive to the mall for my knife set either and I don't have to pay for it. I got my Visa reward statement today and I had enough points to get the knife set. I don't really use the card but the points have been sitting there for years so why not?

They didn't offer expedited shipping so I have to wait ten business days.

The last time I used the reward points it took so long to get the item that I had forgotten I ordered it! Oh well, I've gone 66 years without sharp knives, I can wait.

Oh, and I got this for my birthday last night.







Tucker was jealous so he dragged all his toys and beds into the foyer. He got caught though.
