It just started snowing again here. My youngest son is hoping for a bunch so school will be cancelled tomorrow.

He liked it until he got in it up to his little man parts!

Well, I just made an offer on a property...

Wait for it...wait for it...3 minutes from Kelly's house!

With little or no help from the people who stand to make more money on the sale my house than I will, it is probably too little, too late. The Iran Nuclear Agreement could be done in less time than this simple offer to purchase a house. And, big mistakes were made in the offer documents which will probably get it rejected anyway. But I have no control over anything at this point. I'll be glad when technology puts real estate transactions in the hands of the buyers and sellers. Let us keep our money!

This is a great thread. We just bought 22 acres and are in the process of selling our house in the city. Big drama. I totally sympathize with everyone in similar situations. These buyers are great but the realator is horrible! Same situation when we were buying! Argh!
