I actually don't eat much of the sweet stuff I make. I just tatse it, Michael eats some and I throw it out. I usually try to cut the recipe down to a small size but last night I didn't. It was too late for math.

My healthy side threw out a just opened carton 1.75 quarts - actually dumped into sink and ran hot water over it, so I couldn't have a change of heart. I can't break the habit of buying ice cream - had a 75 cent cpn. But I figure I don't have to eat it. Maybe it's like quitting smoking (never did). So far I haven't lost an ounce. Didn't think it would take so long.

Bring it over here! My kids, yeah, my kids will eat it.

Michael makes sure I don't throw away ice cream! Leftover bread goes to the animals. Cookies and things I try to adapt the recipe to make just 6-12 or freeze some of the dough.

So, I had to go to the title company today to hand over my deposit check. After standing forever while the receptionist taught the new girl how to answer the phones, I find out that the seller's stupid agent made a grievous error. Escrow was not opened properly and they cannot accept my check. Deadline was today! Now we don't know if we have to start over, if the deal is off, or what. Of course, no one can take the time to return a phone call. I am so done!

So many mistakes - geez - Maybe it is a sign you should get the heck out of there. I can't believe there are so many morons involved in this. Not you Mary. How do these people keep their jobs?

Personally I hate failure, and a lot of times I refuse to give up only to prevail at the end and realize what a big mistake that was.
