Supposedly we are getting an offer in the next couple of days. I'll believe it when I see it. These are the people who asked all the technical, impossible-to-answer questions about the well and septic. It would have required tearing both out to get the answers, then drilling a new well and installing a new septic to replace the ones we tore out to answer all the questions.I guess they accepted the fact that that is not going to happen.
not only for an offer but a bidding war with the other interested people.
Went ramp hunting today in my secret place on the farm where I work. Got a nice batch. - my kitchen is reeking with the smell and they are still triple bagged! Had a lovely time next to the meandering little river near the waterfall. It must be spring, although very late. We found some nice early wildflowers too. Trout lily, Bloodwort, and yellow violets along with the ramps. My phone doesn't work on the farm so couldn't take pictures. I'm planning on sauteing some of the ramps tonight and making a quiche. I'm also going to plant some in my own woods so I can have my own private supply!
