Closed on the old house and the new one today. Yucky as this house is right now we are happy to be here on level ground. It is going to be difficult to live here until after the renovations. I am only trying to bring into the house the absolute necessities. Right now the garage is jam packed with stuff.

WOOHOO!!!! All done with crossed fingers and toes, right?! Oh wait, now we start on renovations... more finger and toe crossing!

Thanks Diva! And yes Rinda, I will still need you to keep your fingers crossed as we (I) renovate. Michael says he is going to butt out and go to the beach, in his head. We don't always play well with others when it comes to renovating. Michael says he always likes what I do after the fact so that is the plan. We'll see. I keep blowing the plan and asking his opinion though! He just says "I'm at the beach."

My first chance to implement plan husband-at-the-beach starts today. My coop is being built! I still can't decide where I want to put it yet. I better get going. The guy will be here in 15 minutes!

My only thought is to make sure the coop in in a good place when it rains--both for them and you to get to them.

I'm glad you have your priorities straight!! Coop first, then worry about the people!

You guy is a fast worker. Looks great so far. Then Mary can have him put up the flower boxes around the window, a skylight or two, cable and hot tub. That will really worry your neighbor.
