Surgery went well, she has a small abscess and adhesions but no sign of cancer. It was only a year and a half ago that my sisters and I were in this same hospital hearing the bad news about our dad. Will be glad to get her back home.

Love it! But what flavor, for those of us not so into Superheroes but more into cake eating? Like Diva.

My mother-in-law and sister-in-law are working on a quilt for the raffle at the family reunion this year. Isn't it gorgeous?! My MIL doesn't want any of the family to see it until the reunion- but I can show you guys!

I only helped pick out the fabric and did all the math so they got the right quantity of fabric. We met at the church to lay it out in the gym so we could pin it all over, my sister-in-law is going to use a walking foot and machine quilt it on a regular sewing machine. I'm glad it's her not me!!

We joked it was a good thing Great grandma and Great grandpa stopped at 16 kids, or we wouldn't have a place for another square!!

This is the BIG 3 day reunion this year (Wed, Thurs, Fri over Thanksgiving). Can't wait, it is so much fun! I have such great in-laws! And there are always lots of cousins, second cousins, and cousins X times removed to play with!!
