Mary, hope it is just a sprain. And Kathy, ugh, hope the abios work quickly.

Mom Is recuperating slowly from her surgery. I am home for a few days while my sister from Dallas stays with Mom, going back Thursday for the weekend. She is still in the hospital, but we don't want her there alone and try to be there for all the dr consults. Mixed news today. While removing the intestinal abscess/perforation the surgeon thought the appendix looked affected so took that as well. While not the cause of her current issue, they did find cancer in it. So she has to have another surgery in 2-3 months when she has recovered from this one. Loong week so far.

So sorry about the cancer findings. I don't think I ever had a patient with cancer of the appendix. Good thing they took it out becuase it would have been missed otherwise. If they took the appendix why surgery again after she recovers? Sorry to be nosy. It's the nurse in me.

Rinda, I know a lot of people on my vintage furniture that would go nuts over those incubators. lOve what you've done with them. Can you add some old wheels to the bottom one if you use just two? I love finding old things in stuff I buy. I bought an old dresser and found a old newspaper with the headline "Nixon Resigns!" I have held onto it.

This morning my wife has taken her cousin's wife to have the IV thingy attached to her chest, tomorrow she will begin chemo. I get to take care of the calves all by myself, should be interesting.

Ooh wheels is a great idea! I'll have to see what I have out in the barn. I know I have some wheels but not sure if I have a matched set/close enough sized ones. If nothing else I'm sure I could pick some up at Harbor Freight!
