This is a good storm so far. Since the storm started on Friday, we have gotten almost 4 inches of rain. There has been a really good accumulation of snow in the mountains. Lots of moisture for us right now! I hope this continues all winter, we really need the water!

We are finishing off the year with unseasonably warm weather here in Missouri.

That's about the same forecast here in Oklahoma. My area is supposed to get about 5" of rain Saturday. Hope we don't float away!!

They are now very confident of snow in the foothills here but we shall see. My point forecast is probably overdone but says 11-17" however I'm over the 12" part on there map.
I'm same elevation as forestall maybe a hundred feet higher.
So Colfax maybe 6-8" Lake Of the Pines , Penn Valley East Auburn? Placerville in town possibly a few inches. I feel for the Fed Ex and Ups guys running around on Xmas eve

also I've had 6" of rain in 36 hours ...... well needed
