Ditto...Corelle is my everyday "china" and I love it. Get the plain white at Target. The big bowls are perfect for carrying cereal with milk though the house in the middle of the night without spilling. Ask me how I know. Hint: someone in my house does this.

We switched to corelle when the Daughters were little. It was either that or paper plates!

Looks yummy, but what the heck is lotus? Besides a car or a flower. It calls for 1 lb lotus.

It's a root. You could leave it out. Maybe BelAir has it in their unique produce area. Maybe Whole Foods?
