We had a blizzard last night

Uh oh. We got 2 inches of rain and a lot of wind. I have fruit trees in bloom darn it!

We're supposed to have a mini heat wave - 60's tomorrow with up to 45 mph winds - always a catch to enjoying something. Even with sunglasses on, I always manage to get something in my eye and suffer from it. Maybe I could get blinders like they have on some race horses.

Thanks Kelly! Yes, she was coming out of the coop singing the egg song went I went out there. The best part ?????? One egg in each of the three nest boxes!

Now I am just waiting for my cream legbar to lay! Or Judy or Stella.

Netting was good but 3" of snow in 2 hours and gusts 60 to 70 once the winds died the temps raised we did have another few inches this am. We had no power all night so my generator was running the incubator and heat lamp for the babies, lots of trees and branches down
