Mike I thought the Icelandic last night at Westminster was really nice looking

I got 16 from 2 days, so I'm up to 8 a day now.

Rinda - my phone spell check doesn't like your name, it always changes it to Ronda. I might have to try those pancakes, my kids love pancakes and we usually have breakfast for dinner once a week. (when we have an egg surplus)

LOL It's OK, I'm used to it. I answer to just about anything remotely close.

Make sure you beat the batter for at least 2 minutes. Otherwise there isn't enough air in the eggs and they cook flat and dense.

Thanks Diva! The woman that breed the dog that went Best Opposite Sex and it's litter mate that won An Award of Merit. Is the woman that I co-own one of Sunna's puppies with. So maybe I'll have someone there some day.
