So sorry about your refrig, Mary. My microwave quit yesterday. Can't hardly live without that thing! haha . . . . Have to run over to the guest house to use that one, until I go get another one.
I want a new dishwasher, too. This old thing is sure to go soon. Maybe I can get a package deal.

Mostly I have Barred Rocks (and 2 roosters). I also have 3 Orp roosters (1 black, 1 red, and 1 red cuckoo). I have a couple red Orps, a couple white Orps, a couple blue Orps, and 1 lone Delaware hen. Oh, and I have 3 New Hampshire girls, too.

Funny this is the first year I haven't fallen for BYC's April fool joke. Maybe an old dog can learn something.

Well, another call to the repairman. The temp goes into the 40's and the cooling comes on, but it doesn't stop when it reaches the temperature that it is set for. It keeps going down, down, down... it is 29 degrees now and dropping. I just got a big box of fresh veggies from Farm Fresh to You and they will all be frozen tomorrow. Cancelling my service until this is resolved. I threw out so much food this morning. So frustrating!

BTW, I backed out of the vintage shop space. Too many red flags. I have a habit of ignoring red flags, but not this time. Still looking.

Leave the veggies on the counter, they'll be safer there.
