Cute picture overload!

^all 3 bucklings from this year, the bigger white one is Marshmallow, he's two weeks old.

^^ Lydia is holding Snowflake, who is 1 week old but smaller than today's newborns. She didn't have any teeth and was super tiny so we think she was a preemie.

Love the cute "kids"

They're all so adorable!

I'm glad the little tiny one seems to be ok . Is it growing at all? The colors on the new babies are very interesting! They are all very beautiful.

Yes, she's definitely growing. I'm watching that she stays warm and dry (we've had about 5" of rain in the last week) and that mama is feeding her. She weighed 2.5 lbs at 2 days old, the buckling born 2 weeks ago weighed about 7 lbs at birth!

Mary - I'm sorry to hear about Judy. She had a long reign of terror over other birds, but I know she was special to you. I have 1 remaining hen from my original flock, she's 7 now. It will be hard when I lose her.

Rinda - they are so dang adorable! I love their markings. I'm glad to hear the wee one is growing and doing well. You are a busy woman! I don't know how you do it all!

First thing, thanks so much for the kinds words about Judy. She was nearly eight years old and lived a good chicken life. Thank you so much for taking the time to honor her.

Secondly, OMG, goat and "kid" cuteness overload. Darling! Mike, that poor girl looks like she is going to implode. Can't wait to see if she has quads! And Rinda, just stop it! Plus, where is the bouncing video. Within the week you should have them bouncing off the roof!

Lastly I am so tired. Michael and I went picking in Linden today, about 90 miles from home. Bought some great stuff for the shop including a giant, eight-foot-long set of chicken nest boxes! They weigh a ton but we finally got them secured on the wall in the shop. I plan to put such a ridiculous price on it that no one would dare buy it. I do not want to ever have to take that thing down. I am going to put big chunks of styrofoam in the bottoms, then straw. I am going to get another fake chicken or two and display them.

It's a good start, but we still need stuff.
