Finally took the butcher paper off the windows after putting up blinds tonight! Can't wait to get those ugly street numbers down next!

When is the grand opening???? It's looking fabulous!

I've been wearing myself ragged the last few days getting ready for today's storms. They are supposed to hit about 6 PM. 60% chance of tornadoes in our area so lots of wind is guaranteed, and hail is likely. Yesterday we finished the first section of the new pasture fence, weeded the garden and watered the youngest seedlings and plants, cleaned up the yard (we've been spring cleaning the shed and well house and it was a MESS), and mowed and weed eated. I woke up stiff and sore this morning.

This morning the kids wanted to get up early to help me thin the carrots. They love to wash and eat the little fingerlings. Also started milking Emily in the mornings, her baby is 2 1/2 weeks old. Milk tastes better this year! We sprayed and planted the goat pasture last year and it definitely made a difference.

Goat babies are growing good. I will get videos tomorrow or Thursday after this storm system moves through. Still got things to finish up out there today before the storms hit. I'll be back tomorrow, if we don't blow away! Still haven't fixed the storm shelter door (it's been boarded up since we moved in), so we'll be sheltering in place. We did move a bench out from under the maple tree in case a branch goes down.

Wow, you all have been busy! I hope you don't take any damage from the storm.

Mary, where did you get the big Dalmatian?

Bought him for $20 from someone on one of the Facebook swap groups. They have had it for 17 years. We are calling him Vintage Vinnie. He will be outside the store when we are open. He is super heavy.

There isn't any room for a shipping department! Too much stuff! But I did open an Etsy shop and I will offer some things that can be shipped. This is the hutch I painted yesterday. With the doors open. The dishtowels and bags came in today. I love them! It was fun opening the whoeslae order. So much cool stuff!
