Two days till we open the shop! Yikes I am still not sure I can operate the cash register! I am nervous that no one will come in and we won't need a cash register! Michael has worked like crazy getting everything priced and in the computer. I have three more furniture pieces coming in today. Two of them are good to go as-is, so if we need a replacement, we have one. I am picking up an order of MudPaint tomorrow to sell in the store. Yes, we are authorized MudPaint resellers. I am giving my parents a tour tomorrow before we open. My mom uses a walker and refuses to be seen with it in public, except at Sizzler, where everyone has one! What am I forgetting? :/

This afternoon the looney husband of the looney tenant next door got into a fight with a woman who was holding a parking spot for someone else. I jumped up to run outside to help her. The hot glue gun I was using went off shooting hot glue all over my hand. I have third degree burns on one finger and first degree on three others.

Mary what can I say - you need parental supervision. Accident prone people should use not use hot glue guns or anything sharp, electrical or gas powered.

Sounds like your area is more Chicago than California.
