Thank you Jason...

So sorry to here about your Hen...that is crap. You have been having such a awful time with that hawk. It's time for that hawk to find a new home..
I just talk with Deb about the Bamboo. She is busy tomorrow. How about next Thursday or Friday. I will be off both days.

I'm sorry Jason. I hope your house finalizes soon so you can get away from that hawk.

The sale of our house is on the rocks. The buyer's home inspector (don't even get me started on this "profession") discovered problems with the roof. So, we are having the roof inspected by someone who knows about roofing, a certified roofer, and we'll see what he says. If the buyer's insist on costly unneeded repairs we'll cancel the deal and put it back on the market. We sold it "as is" which is the way most people are going in CA. I think it stems from the lousy home inspectors who find anything and everything wrong with a house to justify the $600.00 they get paid for a couple of hour's work. Oops, I got started on the subject.

Just another dip on the home selling roller coaster. As I suspected, any issues with the roof are minor routine maintenance and the buyer is willing to do it themselves. So we are back on, despite the home inspector's best effort to derail.
