They were just chicks......................so they hardly even count.....................only about 7 weeks old......................so that's like one, right?

I got a 1/4 group of LF BR from Tony Albritton. He was down from WA and selling tubs full of chicks at the show (although these older chicks were in a BIG tub). And it doesn't really count as a new breed since I already talked to Kathy about getting some from her when she starts hatching this year..............

Speaking of Kathy.......

I had a guy come up to me and introduce himself. He went to the show supt. to find out who I was. He was from BC, Canada and said...................."What can I do so your NH roo goes home with me?"

I said nothing, I culled everything down to that roo, Archie is my main man!

BTW where is Kathy? She was gonna move the emu babies to an outdoor shed or something today.

DEB since you already talked to Kathy about getting some and NOW you did, does that constitute malice of forethought or something of that nature? Where did those words come from/ I don't know what I just said. Too many crime shows - help me!!!

You mean you're gonna get MORE chickens??? Weren't you gonna downsize, or was that somebody else like Mary and or Kathy?

If you dumped some chickens then I bet you could get some of Kathy's emus. Ya know like, she can't really be keeping SEVEN can she? It's not like a litter of puppies. These puppies get BIG. How would she tell them apart anyhow unless they wear colored bows or something.
