Ya know Linda - emus don't crow. Everyone who has rooster- hating neighbors should get a few emus to replace them. I don't know if anyone has ever mentioned it but, I imagine Emu droppings are beneficial for gardeners as well.

No pictures, but I made Carne Asada last night. It was really good! I used this recipe:

I don't think y'all have really had enough talk of chicken and waffles so I prepared a short video. My camera went dead as I opened the waffle maker! Yikes, But I made it work. I am sure this is just the thing to win over Cyn. She'll be making them for Sunday dinner tomorrow. Y'all can thank me later.
