I saw Mary's new home in person today - it's beautiful and so darn HUGE! It has a lot of character, which I personally like in a home. I think Mary, Michael and their animals will all be very happy there. The best part for Mary is no neighbors! Considering the whacko's she currently resides next to.

Keep your fingers crossed for Mary. They are still having loan issues they are trying to settle to be able to close on the house.

Thanks for visiting the house with me today Kelly. Michael and I went back later to do some measurements so I got to visit twice today! The final hurdle in our battle involves IRS transcripts for the last two years taxes. Hopefully they will be in tomorrow and we will be back on course to close next week. I just want to close so the freakin' lender can't come up with anything else. I am even asking to close before all repairs are done just to get funded. That is how bad it has been! Should have just sold this house first and paid all cash but hindsight is 20/20.

50 days Cooper? I would be losing my mind. We set our close for 30 days but we'll go a couple over at minimum. Good luck!

yeah and that is just waiting on there bank ( it's a shortsale where trying to buy) then still have to go through all the inspections

Wwww! Tyson is a good boy. I'm sure Fred loves having him around. Looks like Tyson keeps a eye on everyone. My dog does the same thing. Sometime I think he thinks he is a chicken. LOL The other day I was giving the chicken treats. I noticed the dog and cat were eating the snack with the chicken. So silly
