Heard back from the seller. She requested a few days to check things out from the breeder she bought her birds from. She said they are new birds to her and still in isolation. I'll just have to be patient.

Those eggs are from hens deficient in calcium. No excuse for it, mixing oyster shell in the feed will prevent it.
The shells develop with not enough calcium and finally get finished looking like this. Many will break when handled from not enough shell.
As I said, no excuse for it.
I also agree,that, if the hens are in quarantine shipping eggs from them invalidates that ! What the hell kind of a quarantine is that?? Keep the hens from infecting your others but ship their eggs??
