yep coming down pretty good. should stop in a few hours before the big rain comes in tonight. calling for about 4 to 5 inches in the hills here

Yep - 5 1/2 inches so far.

Hey Mary - what about facing the coops North? (just trying to think of options for you) The North side of my house never gets wet - all my coops face North, except the pop door on the West side of my small coop. (and the rain gets in through the pop door on that coop)

Have you met my husband ??????????? These coops will never move an inch. Today he and Cameron are covering them with tarps. That will be a great look for the new property. I may need to re-think chickens. I blew this set-up big time.

I am waiting for a five minute let-up in the pouring rain so I can go out and feed the animals. Don't think it is going to happen.
I am so hoping we don't lose power again for the rest of the weekend with Cameron here. No video games.

I was notified yesterday that I am hosting a birthday party today at 4:00 p.m.

That is what I do with my tin roofs. I also bought some of this "tape" stuff that I seal the tin seams and nail holes with - I use "used" tin with holes in it.
