house update. Paperwork is at the title place waiting for a roof cert. It should of happened today but when they got to the house there was too much snow on the roof to inspect.
so they are going to try tomorrow. I think it will snow again then too but

so if all goes well we will sign Monday am. Get keys Wednesday.

Thank you for the input on the sinks. It's a hard decision but, I think I'm going to pick sink number two. It's about nine feet long.. Lots of room to clean chicken stuff and transplant gardening... It will make it so much easier then lugging it to my Landry room.

Two funny posts I must comment on:

1.) "Tip Mary - wear your workout clothes to Tractor Supply. You get speedy help."

Kelly, If I wear workout clothes to any store I'd be banned for life.

2.) "I'd mount the whole thing high on the wall (based on your height)"

Deb, you've met Molly. If she mounts it anymore than two feet off the ground she's gonna' need a step ladder.

I replaced the dark egg duds I threw away last week with some more.

I'll be setting them tonight.
Pretty eggs!

Nope on all counts on the eggs.

Molly, I never heard anything back on the pest report nor if the buyer removed contingencies in time. My realtor took the day off to do her Christmas shopping. I believe at this point that unless they finalize the deal, they forfeit their $10,000.00 deposit. But realtors can always finagle a way out of that for their clients. At this point all I can do is sit and wait and worry. And be jealous of your sink!

ok darn. what are they? nice eggs

Ok, The pest report showed less than $560.00 in needed repairs so the buyer agreed to fix things themselves. They removed their contingencies on time yesterday. Their loan is out of underwriting and waiting in funding for signatures. The buyers already signed. I sign on Wednesday and we should fund and record by Friday, the 28th but no later than Monday the 31st. Whew. The roller coaster is about to pull into the platform and I am planning to be the first one off than dang thing!
