Thanks guys, yes it's true Diva by day Conehead by night, especially around Halloween. It does date us, separating the youngsters, from the supreme mature beings that we are.

We got our first full month's PG&E bill in an all-electric house a couple of days ago. Shocking. We decided to make some energy saving changes. One change is to cut down on heat by reducing the thermostat. My office was in the family room which is hug and is always cold. To stay warm I ran a space heater by my desk. I always wanted my computer in the little downstairs bedroom but Michael did not want that. As soon as he saw the electric bill he suggested I move into this room which is always toasty warm.

I moved my computer in here a couple of days ago, turned the little vanity table around from where it was facing the wall and voila', instant office. Michael patched the hole in the drywall and I am putting wallpaper on that one wall because his texturing is sub-par. Oh, that door by may desk leads to a full bathroom! I have my little TV and a daybed to nap on. What more could a girl ask for?

The curtains are actually straight, the vent for the heat is right there and they are blowing in the wind!







I bought a couple of chairs to replace my desk chair and the guest chair and now it is a nice place to play a game or work a puzzle. Need to remove the printer, scanner and files that Michael threw on the floor.




And my desk is no longer a part of this room when that beast is blaring! Win. Win.
