Mary, Great pictures. How do you get them to line up so nice?

I place them in line then secure them with my hands while I coo and baby talk to them. Most of the time after I let go and pick up my camera, they stay posed for a few seconds. The key is to keep baby talking to them.

Oh Kathy I am so sorry to hear that.  Given what we know now, and the condition under which they hatched, you have worked miracles with these babies. Little number Seven has had a better, if short, little life with you than he would have had if you hadn't brought him home. I pray he makes it, if he can live a full, happy emu life. If not, he has been loved and cared for.

I could use another video. I never get enough of those little whirling dervishes!  e

Awwwww my babies! Of the 3 that are dry, it looks like 2 pullets and a cockerel. Thanks for hatching them for me! We're off to the Monterey bay aquarium today, then on our way home this afternoon. It will be a long day.

Wow great yard. I should post pictures of public us ruttulus rufas our rescued terrier. He has a simmiliar structure but not the same colors. He's a whimp however so the birds all dominate him. Chicks like to snuggle under him like he is a momma.

Mary you did a great job hatching Kelly's chicks. They look like they are in a police lineup. I really think you used two-sided tape to keep them in line but, I could be wrong.
