Hope this doesn't gross anybody out. I created this Caprese Poached Egg dish this morning. I took so many pictures that I animated them. If runny yolk bothers you don't click the video! By the way, this thing was sooooooooo good. I will have dreams about it.


 
Just checked in on my hatch of 11 olive eggers. I have three pips!

Tucker used to sleep in a crate in my room. Then he moved in with Michael. Lately he has kicked us both to the curb and sleeps downstairs in his bed in my office. This morning I found him sound asleep with his monkey.


 
nice if you want more give me a call. I am getting nice blue Oe's from my Blue ameraucana and white empordanesa crosses
Thanks Jason but I don't know what I am going to do with the ones I have hatching now! I bought them for almost nothing as a last minute whim on ebay. They are an Ameraucana / Wheaton Marans cross. The eggs were really a dark olive and I liked that. I am surprised by the tiny pips. I hope the shells aren't too hard. I finally got the humidity in the Brinsea up to 6o% by adding a plastic tray with wet paper towels on one of the racks.

they may take a extra day to hatch as that is what I have noticed with my dark empordanesa eggs
