I know!
I was scared that random egg shipments would show up at my house during the Hatch a longs.
Silkies and Bantams might be in them too!
Ok... It's Official, I have opened all the coop doors. I let everyone free range TOGETHER today. That means I will NOT be incubating for a while.
I do still have some eggs in the incubator but I will not be setting anymore for Quite some time......![]()
I think I'm ok... I don't think anyone has my address ????
I'm not quite there yet, but have had empty shelves in the cabinet for up to a week at a time. And some racks only have 12 eggs, instead of the 50 they'll hold. I have definitely slowed down (although I do currently have five bins of chicks in the house again a week or less old and turkeys and ducks in the hatcher right now) I did throw the bantam polish in the run with the Olandsk Dwarfs yesterday, so no eggs from them for awhile, except the last two they each laid. I needed one of those pens/coops for a grow out for the million chicks I have.
I don't know your address, but I do know where you live. In fact, I drove past your exit on Sunday and was thinking about you..................![]()
you wouldn't ?
