Mary I love that time lapse !

The pic of the chick with 'Mama and Dad' is a wall photo. Right there with the French Old Masters farm scenes .

LInda, emus would roam around that type of terrain but they need a fairly level space to run too.

Jake Thanks!

Kelly, I didn't realize you grew so much fruit, are the bees kept near the fruit trees?
Yes, but we really don't need to keep them nearby - bees will range 2-3 miles from their hive. Our fruit trees are the primary reason we got the bees, the honey is just icing on the cake.

Quote: We are so fortunate that our next door neighbors have hives. So we have LOTS of honeybees all over my spearmint and other flowering things...I love them so much. They are friendly! One hovered right in front of my face looking me eye to eye once, like a buddy. You are so blessed to have them and your fruit looks delicious!

Take it easy Mary...hopefully you are feeling better today.

Linda, I hope you get the prop. you want!!

I am feeling better! Thanks for asking.

I just finished making the best fish and chips for dinner with breaded zucchini. Roll me into the TV room please.

Google Analytics has a feature that lets me see in real time the location of people on my blog. I keep seeing someone pop in from Phoenix. Every time I hope it's Dar. I sure miss him.

Hope he is doing well and enjoying the new place. Think we'll ever see pics?

I wouldn't hold your breath on Dar taking pics, kind of like we are still waiting for Jake's pictures.

I don't think your food is greasy enough until your paper is see through, or that's my DH's opinion. How cute that you have the plastic basket and checkerboard paper. The zucchini looks really yummy too.

I can't stop timelapsing everything! Watch the wisteria grow on my deck yesterday. Keep your eye on the pillar closet to the camera and the one at the end of the deck. Hopefully you can see it on this small version.
