Yes, they do, Diva. This is one. There IS one more hurdle: the well inspection and flow rate test. The sale is contingent upon the well producing potable water at least 5 gpm. The seller is paying for it, and it's scheduled for Monday; my broker is going to be "very vigilant" (her words) in ensuring (unadulterated) report findings.
