Today I processed two turkeys, sorted out eight for next year's breeder's, two more to finish raising for the holidays and someone came by to buy the last twenty turkeys!!!

Yup, ALL GONE, all 35 extra turkeys,

Of course it was great they also bought a bred dorper ewe, two dorper ram lambs and a dorper ewe lamb. They are coming back to buy our extra male alpaca and they want some roosters!!!

Sounds like an excellent day to me! I would love for someone to come and take some roosters, but I can't even give them away. We have some rooster to process, but the hubby won't process when the temp is in the 30s to low 40s. Too cold

You have to try this one. the texture is perfect! Safeway sells the pretzel rolls now.
