Beautiful picture! I'm glad you like it. Did you use the glaze too? Now I have to go to the store so I can make some.

I baked Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins yesterday. They are very tasty but I did not take any pictures. My Dog and the cats do not know how to use a Knife either.....

I am hoping the food porn sites like the picture too. I submitted the one with the glaze, because Michael liked it best. I liked the plain pic. My lemon chicken got published by foodgawker and I got about a thousand visits to my website from there yesterday.

I also was selected to do a test of a new Moroccan oil dry skin spray and online review. The release of the product is delayed so it won't start quite yet.

I was selected for a campaign by Sweet 'n Low to substitute their product for something I normally put real sugar in. Michael likes Sweet 'n Low so I'll probably do some sort of mocha coffee beverage which will photograph well.

Both of these are paid gigs, well enough for a feed run to Tractor Supply anyway.

I'll take it.

I love lemon poppy seed. I have poppy seeds and I think a couple of lemons left. Hmmmm.

Yesterday the animals were the happy recipients of the leftover baked good and stale bread. Then Michael pulled out my garden and they got all the wilted plants along with lots of fresh kale that had just started growing. I even threw in the dried stalks of plants with big root balls attached and the chickens went nuts going through the fresh dirt. The goats and emus got big tall bolted parsley plants and they loved that. Jack and Diane got pancakes.
