Jeeze, what part of "hospital" do the these partying fools in the waiting room not understand? About an hour and a half more until surgery is done, then a couple of hours in Recovery and I can see him. Meanwhile I must tolerate these loudmouths.

A few weeks ago my son-in-law was in the cardiac unit of our local hospital. I spent one afternoon sitting with him. There were screaming children running the halls, nurses with computer carts banging against the walls trying to pass each other, and loud guests visiting his roommate. I thought cardiac units were supposed to be calm & serene! That place would have given me a heart attack if I had to stay there any longer. Hospitals are good places to get out of fast. I hope Michael's recovery goes uneventfully and he can go home soon! Sending healing thoughts his way and to you , too.
