My breakfast today on my 3 chickens plate from my 12 days of Christmas set.
Spinach, eggs, sauerkraut with Bragg ACV, Aminos and sea salt.

Sauerkraut? for breakfast? Interesting....

Glad to hear about the rain for you all.

Honestly, sauerkraut at almost any meal is about as appealing as eggplant

And while I'm at it not overly fond of beets either!

I do not like canned beets but do like fresh beets.

They taste earthy to me--kind of reminds me of mushrooms but less woody.
