Mary, I would imagine(hope) the Chicago person is serious to fly all the way out. Unless he/she/they has a lot of airline miles piled up. You and Mike have down great things with your house .

Yes realtors involved, on the market one week, one lowball offer, understand completely we don't have to take it, not taking it. Have two showings on Saturday to out of town buyers, one flying in from Chicago just to see our house.

I was just curious. I read Edith Lanks' "Housecalls" column every week. Plus I have a friend who is an agent. She tells stories of buyers and sellers.

My SIL's parents will be selling and moving to TX. They live in Southern CA.

Yeah we have had some real winners this time. One even moved a stepping stool in to get on top of a cabinet. Nothing up there but silly chicken "art." Now Michael stays here when the house is being shown. I leave with Cujo (Tucker)

Michael's mom has been hospitalized for a couple of weeks and is not doing well. He left right after I took this picture and drove down to visit. He'll be back tomorrow. Tucker has been sitting on the back of the sofa almost all day watching out the window for his car to turn in the driveway.



He's still there.
