The brownies were sounding so good, then you lost me with the coconut.

All desserts should have coconut.

But you probably would not have noticed without me telling you it was there. There wasn't a lot and it was melted in with the caramel.

Me too, especially chocolate dipped ones. There is an italian bakery in New Jersey that makes the best macaroons I've ever had.

The recipe calls for 2.5 cups and I didn't have that much.

BTW Kelly I forgot to mention the parchment paper in the bottom. Hope you didn't eat it.

Now you tell Kelly . My mom made a cake once and had lined the pan with wax paper. Only thing was when she tried to get the wax paper off, it wouldn't budge. She just served it to us without explanation. I can tell you baked wax paper is a little crunchy like nuts. Nobody said anything, and no one died, so all was good.
